  • Happy Body, Healthy mind does not use a standard calendar or booking software. At this time, this business is made up of only one person. Any request to work together can be started by submitting a simple message via our contact form and you will receive a response as soon as possible. To participate in any public events that are already up and running, you can find sign up instructions on our schedule page.

  • Any first-time client can request a free 15-minute consultation over the phone to discuss needs and figure out the most appropriate way to move forward. Fill out our contact form with a short description of what you’re hoping to chat about, and you’ll receive a follow up response to set up a call.

  • Whether you’ve never had a fitness routine, or it’s just been a long time, everything taught at Happy Body, Healthy Mind is beginner friendly and advances only when both the client and the teacher are comfortable. We stress form and function over strength or endurance and are happy to go at whatever pace the individual needs.

  • Because Happy Body, Healthy Mind offers a myriad of services, cancellation policies vary. Whichever service you sign up for, we will be sure to clarify before any payment takes place, exactly what the policy for your chosen service is.
